Thanks for all the great updates Mike! Now that co-organizer abilities are coming, I'm already looking forward to the next iteration for education where all teachers/owners in a Class Team are automatically made co-organizers for any meeting arranged in that Team. I'm hoping that is not too far down the line on the roadmap (along with co-organizers managing breakout rooms)!

Hi! I was so happy to get the news about the co-organizer function. Of course, I checked it in my Teams app immediately, and couldn't find it under Meeting Options. I've checked updates, so it seems I have an updated version. What do you think could be the reasons for me not seeing this option? Thanks!

You might want to make it clear that the assignment notification settings are per user. As in, if a student goes in and turns them all off, there's nothing a teacher can do about it. We have instructors ask all the time how they can ensure that students are notified of things. Some other LMSes provide mechanisms for this to some degree, but in teams, everything is personalized.

Amazing Mike, Teams just continues to get better each update! Is there scope for the private channels to have the same functionality as the public channels in a Team? We use teams for a whole year level subject and private channels per class, the downside is that we lose many of the public channel functions that we'd want to use in private.... simple example would be any of the addons such as "reflect" or "praise" and even the breakout room functions in the teams meeting in a private channel.

Do you think we will ever see the posibility to assign Azure security groups to Teams? Members within that security group would then be members of the Team too. I would find that useful in our environment.

Without being able to set a co-organiser before a meeting starts the feature is pretty useless. Shared mailboxes and people who are off sick are just 2 instances where you'd want to set it before the meeting starts as those accounts won't be joining the meeting.
