Nikon D7200 video with full-time autofocus

The Nikon D7200 includes full-time autofocus capability. In this clip, shot with the 18-140mm kit lens, you can see that the adjustments are swift once the adjustment starts, but very obtrusive and can include noticeable hunting. For consumers, this is likely fine, but enthusiasts and pros will almost certainly prefer to pull focus manually.

A question, I just recently bought my D7200, my first DSLR. but i am pretty confused as im just a beginner. How did u select this AF setting? When shooting video to focus i have to press half way down on the shutter every time. How do i select a setting where the camera searches for focus? Appreciate the help!

I sold my D7100 for this very reason. I think the AF on Nikon video is total garbage and is the main reason I won't buy another Nikon. Not sure why they even include the ability to record video when the AF is so bad. Ruins every video.
