In the dt swiss use the 54 engagemant ratched and you see the noise. In this vídeo probably is the 18 tooth.

It takes a (Hügi) DT Swiss patent to run out for Mavic to be able to produce good hubs.

it depend of number of teeths in it. more theets louder it sounds. Also quantity of oil in it. after puting more oil in freehub it will sound quieter.
