It is rather preposterous to suggest this line of thought and believe it.
Canadian police have arrested so far four people and all four share religious identity with the person who was murdered. Any person having an idea of Punjab identities knows it well.
It is rather foolish to believe that any agency in the world, even if engaged in such clandestine activities for the sake of argument, would be engaging people from the same identity and that too a rather rigid identity for carrying out such a job. The probability of the job not done and rather plot blown off would be simply too high which even a person with modest intelligence would be able to think through.
