Walking Tour of Ayasofya

One of the most known Istanbul landmarks, if not the most important, is Ayasofya museum. It is one of the most visited cites in the world built by the Byzantines with a dome that was the largest in the world for over a millennium. The Ottomans used it a mosque for centuries and for the last few decades it is turned to a magnificent museum. This video was shot about two month ago when there was no confirmed cases of global pandemic neither travel or visiting restrictions in Turkey. Without further explanation, walk inside Ayasofya and see it yourself!

Thank you so much for this tour! In my short one week there, touring the inside of Ayasofya and Blue Mosque were not on the agenda. I spent my time sitting in the park between them watching the birds, cats, dogs, and people walk by. On my next visit I'll have more time and hopefully will experience this for myself. BTW thank you for all the street and drive tours you give us. Last week I did a ten-hour google drive tour through Polonezköy after watching your video there. ❤️
