made this the day before yesterday and it was SO GOOD and it was my first time baking cake. i made one big cake and sliced it horizontally into layers instead of baking 3 separate cakes though, it took about 50 minutes in the oven, i thought it was easier and less time consuming that way (also less pans to wash!). i kept it in the fridge and took it out a couple hours before eating it so the frosting would soften again before i ate it, and so it isnt so cold, and it still stayed perfectly moist and fluffy until the third day (I ate the last slice today!). Definitely recommend, its a great and thorough recipe, easy to get the hang of even for beginners like me. :)

Exquisito, rotundamente delicioso. El día que lo hice se sintió mucho la cubierta acidita del betún pero se combina perfecto con el pan, en cambio el que sobró al otro día ya no tenía el sabor tan marcado y seguía delicioso 😋
