Estina dairy farm project takes centre stage, again, at the State Capture inquiry

More shocking revelations as the state capture hearings mark exactly one year. Further probing the controversial Estina dairy farm project.
The commission heard testimony that the company only had R16 in its bank account a day before the Free State government deposited R30 million.
The commission also heard how an inexperienced project manager from India was tasked with the multi million rand project.
Former Free State Agriculture HOD Peter Thabethe continued his testimony.
He's one of the role players of the failed Estina dairy farm project.
