Mkhwebane's report on the Vrede Dairy Farm project set aside

The controversial Estina Dairy project at Vrede in the Free State is back in the spotlight. The High Court in Pretoria has set aside Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane's report on the Vrede Dairy Farm project.
Judge Tolmay ruled that Mkhwebane's report was unconstitutional and invalid.
The matter was brought before the court by the DA AND CASAC, to set the report aside. Mkhwebane was investigating the role of senior ANC leaders in the Free State - including then Premier Ace Magashule - in the project
