All the comments are like "oh, your are on AC" and "use silver CD". All CDs are plastic. Magnets won't help, nothing will. Diodes will produce energy under the influence of light tough. A copper wire like that can't do anything.

Test it using dc on your multimeter not ac if you use ac it will not read the voltages

You are using the wrong type of CD. Find the ones that have color not just silver. You are looking for those that are made of silicone. Also, you need to measure in DC not AC.
