The Kawasaki Vulcan is a legendary motorbike with a tonne of potential to make it your own. In this video I go through all the modifications I've made to my 2016 Vulcan S 650 as well as the modifications the previous owner made. I also list off a few mods I'd like to do in the future as well as some other popular mods that aren't on my list.

Please note, that the prices of the items listed are shown in Australian dollars and are likely to change. Make sure you do your own research before purchasing any items so you can make the best choices for you!

I swear I just keep going back and watching your videos. The vids are just so informative. Thanks! And you just seem like such a fun, optimistic person. I love your fearlessness when it comes to working on your bike. I'm not much of a mechanic, and it's very encouraging.

What a cool video ! Some of these mods really are freaking awesome. That Hoglight is oh so pretty, and that tail tidy is something I will likely steal from your list !

Another great video. Thank you for showing all your current, past and future mods. I have to use bar ends as I am a big unit and with the stock mirrors i couldn't see around my chest/shoulders. Having them mounted up rather than down makes a huge difference for the better. I love my backrest, I do sit all the way back in my seat and its so so good for my lower back.

Have you thought about a horn mod. I was thinking of getting a Denali SoundBOMB from R&G or the Wolo Full Blast or even the Hella Super Tone. The current horn is a bit tinny I reckon.

Cant wait to see the LED Plug and plays, will be interested in them for sure.

Stay safe and keep the vids coming :)

Very informative. Really appreciate your help while doing homework before getting a 2024 model.

That led headlight upgrade was amazing. Definitely want to do something like that for both the Griso and the cb125e.
Cruise control is good and gives your wrist a break from holding the throttle.

Shock covers = Convaluted Boots.😂 Wow! your mods are so expensive compared to the UK. I saw a guy complaining on youtube about the price of your screen in the states $600.00 over here in the UK they are less than a third of the price £130.00 GBP. Generally the newer the vechicle the more expensive the upgrades, we have found this with a 2019 car of late to. we need to be careful with L.E.D lights as some of the annual MOT testers are failing the bulbs for having no definition. Thats a very cool looking headlamp unit though. makes you wonder why it doesnt come with the bike.

Love your vids
How bright is your hog light?
I replaced my bulb and it made a huge difference but that doesn’t mean much because it was so dim.
Also, be careful with the floor boards. They can impede your lean angle

Loved your video. What brand is your windscreen...seems a very good price for a fullish screen

Your seat looks awesome, like the green stitching, however my seat is good, I have heard people complaining about them before, mine looks original, the bikes preowned so maybe first owner did something, a bit of a mystery.. I have two sets of spots so have fitted crash bars. Like the tail tidy, been thinking about it for a while, maybe after next tour, number plate cracked and just hanging on by one bolt, thats next.

I have a sissy bar on my VN750. Don’t like the look, but my pillion riders really love it. I just call it the back rest. Also makes climbing on the bike more awkward for sure.

The word 'over-capitalisation' comes to mind! hahaha Cool bike and cool mods - each one brings a little something extra to the bike - sometimes you wonder why they don't do these from production!

Kuryakyn makes some nice floor boards. I have floor boards on my HD and they really allow you to move your feet around to stay comfortable. Have you felt the need to upgrade the suspension at all (like the Hyper Pro springs, front & rear)?
