The one network requires location to be on so I kept it disabled it's turn on wifi automatically
I actually kept both of them off cause saved networks automatically connect when I get home going to assume that that feature works best when it detects 2 Wi-Fi networks and it will determine which is best

Hey i found a really interesting thing about one plus devices im not sure if it's correct but this is what i observed !! The optimised charging actually shows false information if you discharge your phone100-0 thats what happened in my case i was getting 40% less battery According to my calculations i tried everything but at last gave up i could get max 7 hr screen on time in normal usage earlier i used to get 5-5.5 hours backup till 50% today i turned the optimisation off and charge my phone to 100 and guess what i am getting the same battery life as earlier idk if its a glitch or anything but yeah you should give it a try ! Btw i tried accu battery to test my battery health.. it used to show 49% battery health thats why i got concerned !!!

Hi there! Can anyone help? I am so desperate with my 1+9 pro and its battery drain. It lives on average 4 hours while other users enjoy 6-8 hours working screen. I have done the msm flash and the factory reset afterwards and was hoping to see an improvement straight away which wouldn't come...just on the same day, an owner of 1+9 pro told me not to worry and wait for a couple of days for the phone to optimise. It's been the 3 days since I did the msm flash but nothing changes....my screen still lives on average only 4 hours while I am just scrolling through the feed of social media. May I have done smth wrong in this way? Are there any other ways out? I tested my battery in antutu and it's around 95% of its capacity which is a new battery.

If you're turning on connect automatically the device is searching for a connection when even the setting is turned off, not much of a battery saving.

I have the OnePlus 9 Pro 5 G, yet in those Sim And Network settings i don't have 5G available! Im using GoogleFi as my carrier.

Battery is getting drained very quickly. Even when the phone is in dark mode, Dim screen, location off, NFC off, high performance off, 60HZ refresh rate on, and with other battery saving functionality also enabled. Phone just lasts for 3:30 - 4 hours with normal day to day activities (used for some calls, WhatsApp, FB, Instagram and Twitter only). Need to charge twice in a day. Worst battery performance. Regret buying this phone.
Bought this phone online on 16th January'22 from OnePlus India website. Tried reaching OP support however they were unable to help because they know that they have created a shit and they can't do anything to fix this. said:
This is a complete case of Product Failure (high end processor, RAM and build with low power battery). And the merger with worst ColorOS is cherry on top to loose your customers. I have been using OnePlus phones since long, but now this time the last one and won't purchase OnePlus shit phones ever. Very very very disappointed ☹️☹️
