Comparing Bill acting to Hayden Christensen in Star Wars is only gonna make me want to see it more. I always felt bad for the criticism Hayden received, he was actually good at that type of roles.

I also really enjoyed it. Honestly, I think it was destined to get a ton of hate regardless of how good it turned out, because people can’t help comparing it to the original. No matter how many times they were told it’s NOT a remake. They’re just mad.

Some things only work for a certain time period. The early 90s was different. Less was more. The oringal crow was dark and gritty.

I saw it today. One of my local cineplexes has 6 dollar weekday matinees. There’s definitely some plot holes. Some things are way over fleshed out, while others could have used more attention. There is however some good cinematography. The end action scenes are fun . Worth a cheap matinee or wait for streaming😊

You would think after decades since the prequels, these critics would've realized or taken the time to Hayden acted the way the creator George Lucas wrote Anakin and directed Hayden to act as Anakin. There was always even clips of George telling Hayden how he should deliver his unnaturally worded lines George wrote in the terrible script behind the scenes. But of course, always blame the actors for factors outside of their control that don't really give them anything to work with such as poor dialogue and bad directing.

We need some young people reviewing this, saw both movie today, the new one first and then the 1990 one after and i preferred the new one 20x more than the old.

I went to see it today with my mom and we were the only ones in the theater through out the whole movie. Personally I enjoyed the movie but, I had no idea it was a comic before hand. (So my opinion might be different than others.) Its biggest issue, to me, was a bit too much telling and not showing. I liked it better than I thought I would. Definitely better than The Trap.

I went to see it Thursday. I liked it enough to give it a 7/10. The Crow (1994) is one of my favorite movies of all time, so maybe it's the bias I have for the franchise speaking, but I really think the hate the movie is receiving is unnecessary, to say the least. Most remakes and sequels are NEVER better than the original-- the issue is people can't take in these remakes/sequels for what they are because they're too busy comparing and too quick to hop on youtube and tell you everything they hated.
