This is probably a Czech anvil, I have the same anvil. It was cast in a foundry in the town of "Roudnice" in 1980. Anvils from this foundry are known for being very soft, not hardened at all. this model is very rare and gorgeous, it was cast in only a small number of foundries. but it is possible that this anvil was cast elsewhere.
