I had the good fortune to see Benny play live at a drum clinic a few years ago. Pure magic! I got to meet him and talk to him for a few minutes after the clinic, and he was very modest, very nice guy as well as one of the very best drummers alive. One of the most musical drummers of all time.

The only way I know how to describe this is otherworldly. Benny Greb is in a class of his own. I normally can't sit through a near 14 minute drum solo... but this man is so musical, so creative, and so obviously in love with what he is doing, that you can't help but keep listening and watching.
