Some settings are managed by your organisation, can't update windows 10 permanent fix

I couldn't find a permanent way to fix it, so i tried to fix it by myself.

for me it was kinda different, it was on Not Configured, I put it on Enabled Then I put it back Not Configured, and it worked, Thank you so much
