You can change the amount of traffic that the AI menu (6:06) spawns from Options>GAMEPLAY and under Traffic. It also lets you customize other things that you can't from that app.

Hey, I'm (one of) the creators of the Bugatti Chiron mod (The person who actually made it pretty good) and wanted to say thanks for using it ^^
I'm glad you had your fun with it! There is a new update coming out soon as well, it will add better light materials, the newly revealed Chiron Profilée as well as some other smaller additions and handling improvements.
I also noticed the creators you linked- Several of the ones listed make very, very lazy and low quality mods for the game, some of which were used in your video as well, which deform very badly and have poor handling, model and texture quality. Spooling Diesel also is NOT someone you should be using mods from or promoting. They're very lazily made and paying for them is basically a *scam*! It's like buying a fake Gucci bag for 3x the price of a real one... Dude made like 15k from selling these barely working "mods" with gigantic flaws that basically only serve the purpose of looking nice on images from the outside.
There are actually developer quality mods for 3€ out there, such as the Civetta Mondello, Cherrier Picnic and a few others. LJ also makes some very good stuff.
Modland also isn't really a trustworthy or good quality mods source as basically all mods on there are either stolen from the official forums and mods repository, or simply rubbish. Even the rubbish ones tend to be stolen as some are stolen paid mods (like said, basically a scam for what you get), stolen private mods or stolen WIP mods.

Thank you for letting us know what mods you found. Also, I very much appreciate you calling modders freelance developers. In my opinion that is a much more accurate term to describe it. It is a group of people that I hold in high regard. I have shifted away from AAA games, and now when I have money to spend on entertainment, it goes directly to the people that actually make the magic happen instead of the people that can only think "numbers must always go up".
