2012 Nissan Rogue Used 4 Quarts
Ignoring the ridiculously high cost of this stuff, my 2012 Nissan Rogue has a well deserved reputation for early failure of the CVT transmission. This known, you’re really forced to take as much precaution as possible and only use the OEM Nissan fluid.

That said, I did a simple drain and refill this time. I pulled the plug and got exactly 4 quarts out. I put 4 quarts back in and this got the fluid level 2/3 of the way up the hash mark area of the dipstick. Since my local Nissan dealer last set the fluid level a few months ago, I decided to not add more and left it there.

Lasty, the Nissan drain plug uses a single use copper crush washer that must also be replaced. Don’t cheap out, get one before you do the change.
