In terms of pure basketball talent and skill, T-Mac is top 20 all time.

Tmac overall ranks 75-85 taken personal skills, achievements and all aspects into consideration. But if Lillard is in, he def should be there. Also the biggest snub is Dwight.

ALEX ENGLISH, BERNARD KING, JOE DUMARS , VINCE CARTER, ROLANDO BLACKMAN and BOB LANIER should also be on this LIST.

If injuries didn't get to TMac, who knows how high he might've been on the list, but he doesn't have a lot of accomplishments other than being one of the top 100 all time career scorers and winning a couple of scoring titles. Dwight is definitely a bigger snub than Tracy, he stayed productive for a longer time. There's probably several players who had as good of a career as Tmac who didn't make the list either. All due respect though. Tmac at his peak was arguably at the top of the league with Iverson and Kobe.
