The Redmi Note 8 Pro is coming to India soon but we managed to get our hands on a unit early and in this video I am going to unbox it and share my thoughts with you guys.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with an IPS LCD display with a notch up top. This is a 6.53 inch panel with a dew drop notch that holds a 20MP front shooter.

Speaking of internals on the Note 8 Pro, we have the Mediatek Helio G90T and that's paired with the 6/64 GB, 6/128 GB and 8/128 GB of RAM and Internal storage.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with a 4,500mAh battery and supports 18 Watt fast charging.

On the Redmi Note 8 Pro, the primary sensor is the 64MP Isocell Bright GW1, while the other 3 cameras are an 8MP ultra wide, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie.

There's no widevine in Chinese variants because there's no Netflix and Prime in China. However there is NFC because NFC payment is very common there unlike in India where NFC payment is almost nonexistent.
