Hi, I'm so glad somebody asked the servo question while you're live, unfortunately I'm in UK and asleep most of the time you're live :( and you didn't have time to answer me this last time I've asked. So here is the thing: your servos are horrible slow (sorry ;) ) Ask somebody who is flying 3D model helicopters. Your servos are cheap, fair enough, but they take 0.3 sec for 60 degree and the gearbox is probably not the best plastic. There are metal gear servos, too. Coming back to the speed, helicopter swashplate and rear rotors need to be able to correct the position, maintained by the electronic gyroscope, very quickly, otherwise you'll get a horrible delay and loose your helicopter in a fast 3D flight (that's when your helicopter swivels around like a witchcraft broomstick with mad cow disease).
If you compare your servos with 0.3s for 60 degrees with a Futaba S3114, that does 60 degrees in 0.09 seconds.
I think that would give you a great improvement in stability and you could try your test to throttle your motor by oscillating it very quickly, what you've described in another video as something you want to try.
All in all, what your vector control system does is very similar to what a helicopter does or even more a friend did with this RC turbine Typhoon jet, hovering it nose up over the ground. For that the holding force of a heavy model was also very important. You'll probably find even faster servos on hobbyking for example the Corona CS-918MP with 0.06sec for 60degrees, but I don't know about the quality. Futaba is Japanese quality but you're probably fine with Chinese servos as you're already using those.

Im sick and i was listening to this while taking a nap. I can hear this perfectly while i was dreaming of a lecture hall and the screen was NOT flipped and you kept asking if you should fix the flipped screen but the screen was okay and i said "no its not flippe, . Its alright" but you went okay ill fix that. And then with the loading part had a brick breaking game where when the ball hits a brick, information is loaded. And the ball moves soooo slowly . I did it!! don't even know how I manage to do it!! but I endure the entire video!! also klicked on the bell!! This type of work require passion for what one really love... and I know this perfectly that I may be offering to add an extra layer of complexity to the work, but since I manage to see one of the videos where the rocket motor failed... I would say that you may need to start to consider and made your own sugar rocket motors!! probably can get the level of consistency and reliability to a better place! it was so much work, so much wait to see that motor fail!!
