Kamala Harris, running mate Tim Walz host rally in Philadelphia

Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, will kick off a tour of battleground states on Tuesday with a rally in Philadelphia. The rally will be held at the Liacouras Center on the campus of Temple University.
