Hi, To the Host Rico Via?? ( sorry if the spelling is wrong) of the above webinar and community manager. Could you please ask Peter Utodor?? to re-record his demo so that it fixes the issue below. Also the names of the speakers were should be presented as a slide prior to their talk so that we know who is speaking. I had to slow down the speech to understand the names being said . Apologies for unintended gaffe's I just trying to provide feedback to improve your livestream broadcast. In the middle of a webinar that has gone sideways there is only some much you can do with audio quality! One of your organisation stars is Hank Preston.

The host audio was clear. The first Presenter, Praveen Audio clear. Second presenter, Peter, Audio is terrible. I dont mind the accent. Could Cisco please have a look at the presenter getting a decent headset and have them perform dummy runs on their presentation prior to their webinars to iron out issues such as Audio quality. There is no doubt the presenters know their technical content. It could also be a bandwidth issue at his site? This is somewhat Ironic since we are discussing SD-WAN. The customer experience has been let down. The slides, and desktop demo are good. But its 5/10 from me when you can not understand the important points in this vital technology.
