Normally, my mind is like a busy roundabout on a main road. Thoughts of the past, present and future pass like drivers in an anxious hurry to get 'somewhere ', but i dont know where.
This lesson has helped me enormously in my quest to pause all thoughts for a while and simply listen to the miracle of breathing air. Just listening to it and feeling it on my tongue.
