The doctrine infers a form of "permission" that results from silence or passiveness over an extended period of time.

Cease and desist all unlawful activities including but not limited to battery, trespassing, fraud, attempted fraud, fake claims, fake commercial charges (claiming commercial charges against Civilians without commercial loss) unlawful arrest, unlawful imprisonments and infringement of all civil rights

Cease and desist immediately from all child stealing, I require the immediate return of my children.

Cease and desist from all tacit and/or implied  offers and all Perceived tacit and/or implied contracts and malicious prosecution’s

Cease and desist all Deprivation of all civil rights  and common-law rights immediately, Including but not limited to the right of refusal the right of travel. 

All tacit, implied or expressed usery is herby revoked forever and on behalf of my children,  Any expressed, implied or tacit contract offers by any officer of Victoria Police will be Perceived as a threat to life and Liberties Resulting in a commercial lien of AU$2 million Being placed on Victoria Police corporation and officials for any unsolicited  verbal or physical contact, attempted fraud and trespass by Victoria police officials 


I give no consent for any personal information, including but not limited to fingerprints, name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, date of birth certificate, drivers license, details of charges fraudulent or legitimate to be stored or kept by Victoria Police or passed onto or used by any third party.
