I have had a couple questions on Tofu since posting this video. If you have had a bad experience with tofu in the past, please try making this crispy tofu exactly how I make it and see if your thoughts change. I had a bad experience years ago and once I learned how to cook/bake tofu, I was pleasantly surprised that I now love it! If you can't eat soy products, you don't have to add the tofu. If you are eating plant-based or vegan, add some chickpeas - even try light toasting the chickpeas. If you choose to eat animal protein - that's ok - just add a bit of chicken or salmon.
