This is a great one. Procrastination can affect performance at work, scores in exams, workout routine, and a lot of other important things. Feeling anxious happens so often that we don’t have any clue as to how to get rid of it. Just watching this video clarifies why we procrastinate and what steps is required to actually getting rid of it. This was indeed massively helpful ❤

am writing my PhD thesis for more than 7 years now. My original deadline was 2018. I know there is know one reason, or if it is appropriate to express or explain it in terms of procrastination because writing is on going process of knowing, now I feel I am I theoretically labeling my data in a more wholesome manner. whether I am going the right way or not only time will tell.

It was great listening and knowing mine was not a unique problem Just couldn't place my finger there I wasn't shirking any task and hitting Insta but filling the time attending to other tasks and trying to find excuses for not doing "the one"... feeling miserable at heart later... whining of being overloaded...All explained in a couple of mins Thankyou Sir
