NYC schools chancellor 'disappointed, frustrated & angry' with remote learning issues

This was the first time city schools made the switch to remote learning for a snow day. As CBS New York's Jessica Moore reports, some parents complained about serious connectivity issues, delays and problems logging into virtual classrooms.

This can be fixed by just giving them a snow day. Kids should be outside playing in the snow not cooped up on their devices.

Should have just given them the snow day! I mean for you to be that frustrated...over ONE day...after not having any snow days in like how long?? Some students were like "what issues?? I am out in the snow!"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It was a little stressful but it was the 1st remote learning day

Nothing goes right the 1st time

My daughter is 8 yes the connection wasn't working at times
Yes I gave her my phone to connect to zoom at times
Long story short

It was a beautiful calm school snow day when I did monitor the times she was in "class"
