This is no different than when I lived in Japan and the Church we attended was floored with Tatami mats and you were expected to bow to the Holy Eucharist in the Japanese fashion as a sign of admiration. As long as we are in communion, the method of worship is the same

Part of me genuinely wishes I could stay Byzantine Catholic. But I cannot live with the cognitive dissonance anymore. For me it has come to the point of Orthodoxy or death (spiritual death). I admire what Byzantine Catholics are trying to do, holding that middle ground. But with heresy there truly is no middle ground. There is only right and wrong. And even if they themselves don't go out of their way to teach it, or even if this or that priest speaks against it, the fact of the matter is the eastern catholic churches all submit to Rome's errors/heresies and that compromises them. Holy Orthodoxy is where it's at.
