5 egg yolks
65 grams cake flour
20 grams cocoa powder
65 grams cooking oil
35 grams dark chocolate
80 grams milk

Meringues:
5 egg whites
70 grams granulated sugar

Pan size 16x16x7cm
Bake for 60 minutes at 150°C
