I have gone 200mph countless times on my zx14r. Bikes in my videos. I ran from dozens of law enforcement officers in half the states. Most here in Colorado won't even give chase anymore.

People! Think about it, seriously! If there is a a particular group of people from a particular area, committing all sort of provincial offenses. And some of them do it repeatedly, what do you think the problem is??? Noooo! The problem is that they are brought to a provincial court located in that area. Yeah! Then, guess where the judges and court personal are from? Exactly! From the same ethnical group where the regular criminals or offenders are from. Remember they have to reflect the community they are serving. This is what I believe is the exact problem. Those judges may treat the offenders like back home! As I said and believe, the problem in Canada and provinces are the courts, particularly the judges! my lord! I just find out there is a court in Brampton! And is called ironically Brampton- Ontario Court of Justice. What a coincidence isn’t it?

Driver looses liscense for a bit, faces hefty fines and vehicle impoundment. I've got a better idea. Save the driver impound fees by sending car to scrap yard crusher.
Be kind though, video tape event and send registered owner a complimentary copy.
