Sir I would like to say once thing about this situation that it did't happene only deu to serface tension Rather it happened also deu to atmosphere pressure because we can say according to atmosphere pressure that low pressure cread between water and card as soon as put the card upon the glass filled with water and high pressure from upon and we know that what is work of wind..towards high pressure to low pressure because of which there was a pressure on that card and once side Rupees then equal pressure both of side so there was all
