I found a luts package that's was created in photoshop. If I purchase it, can it be used in CapCut? And Would I need to do anything to covert it to make it work?

How do you load them into photoshop so that its there...I used to have alL MY outs in the look up table, now they are all gone and I have to load them individually but its never stored, is this an update that made it this way ?
