THANKS! It worked for me, I just kept refusing the offers the agent would try to give & eventually they canceled my 2 subscriptions w/o any fee.
Very shady for Adobe to hide that after a free trial it subscribes you to an annual commitment & not just monthly like you'd expect.

It works sometimes..but in some cases they can't waive the cancellation fee so its wise to go with the 3 months things because that will make the cancellation fee less when u cancel it later...Or the best option would be to wait till they offer you a new plan..nos change plan and cancel the new plan within 14 days..by doingthis you can canel the current plan without any fee and also get the money back for the new plan

Thank you so much it worked for me. Just keep showing an attitude of polite but still want to cancel it. For me, I had to accept the fact that adding 90 days was the best choice I could have, but I ask one more question about what would be the best offer for me if you were me and trying to cancel it, and with no expectation suddenly he said: "exceptionally asking for canceling it." I hope this helps others who do not want to waste money in just canceling. (Literally made 100 bucks)
