We were blessed in dear old England in the 70s with great bands and great songs, great times.

It was a fantastic time to be a teenager back then, and perhaps we didn't fully appreciate that we lived in a truly golden era of music that would never happen again!

how on earth can you sit perfectly still when this banger is being played right in front of you

I lost my dear brother Dave in 1975 at the age of 22, we lost our Mother when we were young so we were very close, he loved this song and it brings back such wonderful memories of him

21 in '74 . Remember this like it was yesterday watching on top of the pops. Was the best of times. 70 were fab. Bring it

Just awesome - the crowd didn’t realise they were in the presence of rock gods

I was alive then, something that can’t be said about the audience.

Still loving this. Me and my sister used to have sales in the school holidays. Collect stuff from neighbours and sell it for charity. This single someone gave away, along with 'all kinds of everything ' didn't have any record's of our own and played it to death. Fell in love with rock music. 'The sweet ' came next.

One of my favorite British bands!!! Have pretty much all of their albums on vinyl and still listen to them. Brings me back to the 70s which were far better times than now!

This is one of the best written songs I've ever heard. There isn't a single note, harmony or chord progression out of place.

One of the greatest feel good records is playing and the audience are in a coma

All this is passing into history, at my age of 75 the whole era will soon be dead, but I hope the whole spectrum of music
from Haley, Elvis, Beatles, Stones, et al, will continue to enliven and excite the following generations . It is all recorded on sight and sound for all to enjoy and hopefully expand on . God bless

I lived across the road from Mick Bolton in Orrell, Wigan. I was in touch with him shortly before he passed away. Lovely fella. RIP Mick.

Audience is chilled, really cool. Saving it all for Gilbert O'Sullivan.
