4 years ago, a sunny Saturday morning in Brighton, South of England. I saw a guy singing on the street with his guitar and his awesome voice.
I came over to him and took a flyer from him and follow his Facebook. After listening some of his tunes via Facebook, I came to one of his gigs in Cafe Nero, Trafalgar Square, London. I bought all of his albums (getting some autographs) and became a fan. His music became a soundtrack to life. Always tried to see him live every time he played in London. One of the memorable one was the one in Slaughtered Lamb, Farringdon. Happy to see that he’s playing across the globe now. I saw him live last week in Beacon Theatre NYC. Powerful performance!

If you're sitting in your room thinking "Why the f*** isn't this song viral?" I am going to answer you. IT IS BECAUSE F***ING MUSIC INDUSTRY!! Our generation ( the 97% of it ) have not ears to criticise if something is beautiful to hear or just ok... Music industry is like " We are going to make this song viral!" and the teenagers are amazed and because of Ads on MTV and Spotify they get ultra-famous. We guys are this 3%. 3%! We have the power to say NO and stay by the good music's side. I don't regret supporting the good music. I am the 3%! You are the 3%! WE ARE the 3%!!!!

Mike, there's no word to describe the feelings that I had when I first heard this song. You know how to put emotions into every song you write and that's why I love your music. Your are an inspiration to me. I just wanted to say thank you, for being such a wonderful talented person that gives me chills every time I hear the first notes of one of your songs, for being yourself and for sharing your stories through your songs. That's another thing that I like about you : not every song tells a love story, there's some that tells a real person's life's struggles and happiness. I remember the days when years ago you used to play in public at Manly in Australia. Now its good to know that more people across the world can hear your music and enjoy it. Just like this song. Let this be a reminder of how people can accomplish whatever they know what is best for themselves. YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION. Thanks for reading .

You played this song as the opening act for Ed in Melbourne in December of last year - the show I was at. One of the main things that stuck out from that night was this song and many birds flying around the stadium. You paused the song for only a second to say, "It cost heaps to get that done." Nonetheless, it was such a beautiful performance and I'm so glad I was able to be there.
