I weighed in 0.5 kgs more today and was ready to give up and binge, thinking there is no point doing this. Then I saw this. I’ll going to keep at it, and not let this pull me back😁

I hate that.. it's so disheartening if you're trying to lose fat.. I have to train myself to not weigh in everyday 🤦🏾‍♀️

I just gained 6lbs in 20mins. I was 288. I ate some greens... GREENS! Now I'm 293. F WTF!

Thank you for such an informative video! I've been consistently losing weight - 20kgs in six months. The weight never went up again. Had a very carb heavy weekend which is not normal for me. Gained 1.5kg overnight. To know my body is working as it should is a relief. Thank you so much again! ❤

There was this one time I gained ten pounds in 3 days, and I was the most depressed I had ever been, so I just kept drinking water and then 2 days later I was back down to the weight I had worked so hard to get to.

Thank you!!!! It was the bit about lower carbs for a few days then slightly higher carb yesterday that I GOT it! Plus extra hard leg day yesterday where I did split squats for the first time. I’m up 2lb. Never happened before in this cut. Thank you for saving my brain 🧠😂

I broke my prolonged fast and ate whatever I could due to low blood pressure. I still ended up blacking out and couldn't resume fasting. I don't understand how my weight went up by 4 kg

I started my weight loss journey a little over 4 weeks ago, I weighed myself for the first time last week and it said i lost 10lbs.

I weighed myself again today and said I gained 3lbs since last week and I was so disheartened as im exercising regularly and eating alot healthier so was confused why i gained 3lbs

Wow this video is amazing brother!
Im currently starting over AGAIN on my weight loss journey and I had got down to 274lbs this past Sunday. But after a weekend of eating during the superbowl ive ballooned back up to 282lbs. I am extremely disappointed 😔🥺. Hopefully I can lose it back soon. Thanks for explaining this.

I ate pasta day before, total calories intake 1500 k and i actually walked 13k steps.
Still i was 5 pound overweight the day after

I was so upset I started loosing weight almost 2 years ago I weighed 240 as a freshman and went and stayed at 170 and randomly shot up to 180 but hopefully this is true and it goes away in a couple days

It seen right for some people, but not for me, because I can keeping gaining weight forever, not only water. For example, during the holidays, in 40 days, I gained 17, 4 kg.
Any holiday, I gain 5 kg in 3 days. 10 days in vacation, certainly 8 to to 10kg. Unfair. I dont know what to do. I live constantly on diet
