Hello Dr Gibbons. Looking at this video, I reminded about a question I have since school. After all, what are the true real benefits for any adult (or children) of having stretched muscles; obviously aside of better range of motion? And does the lack of mobility "encourage" a weaker central nervous system and/or weaker tendons, ligaments, veins and bones? Thank you for your time and also knowledge you have been giving to others during these years.
