How about extending the sale until people are able to see the stairs in place as an option? Have everything available for customers to see upfront to help them see what they’re getting when they purchase. It’s hard to make a quick decision without being able to see something clearly.

Honestly I think your sales would increase big if your terms were more flexible not full payment prior to start & completion.. 1/4 up front at the 6 weeks prior. Another 1/2 once deal hits the assembly line & can be proven & documented..Final on completion… If buyer doesn’t meet there obligations at any point they fully forfeit all proceeds.. JMO

Regarding the back wall with the mini split: there are two wide panels, and one narrow panel to the left. If it works out in terms of structural engineering, it would be better to make that symmetrical with the two wide panels on the two sides and the narrow panel in the middle.

I believe y'all talked about this topic briefly once. Have y'all thought about steps to the loft that can be lifted up into the gable by rope or cable on pulleys? It would be attached to the loft at one end by hinges and the other end at the floor would lift up, out of the way until needed.

What is a "non-refundable contract fee" ??
Are you now not allowing customers to get the contract first, then deciding if they want to send in their non-refundable 500 dollar deposit ?? Which will be used towards their purchase?

Seeing batten strips on some of these homes, (a charming detail) the more I think buying the little riveted paneled I-Box is a good option for aesthetically fussy budget shoppers. For a few hundred dollars, the riveted vertical seams could easily be covered with wood batten strips by homeowners. Vs paying the extra $7 grand for non-riveted panels. Pretty certain this idea has been mentioned before, for good reason.

I would love to buy one of these homes, but not without seeing either a floor plan or standard home without any alterations.

What does the normal bathroom look like? With the normal bathroom, is the loft the same size as in the video? If so, does that push the kitchen more under the loft? What was the big space framed in opposite the kitchen? Too many questions to make such an expensive decision in only a few days.

Those panels 2.5 are what I had installed for my patio roof in FL The guys can easily walk on it.
I have been determined to have Closed Cell Foam in New England.
