So many passages including this one always made me worry because the people teaching them were the “works gospel” teachers. Thanks to you I have cut out so many false teachers and understand the gospel so much clearer! The Lord really made it so simple for us. Enemy always wants to come in any which way and contort it to block people from obtaining salvation. Appreciate all you do for everyone brother!

When I started noticing that many people reject faith alone for salvation and insist on reformed behavior as well, this verse made more sense. Yes, very few find the narrow path - as narrow as believing in Christ alone!

He IS The Narrow WAY, AMEN!!

Glance at the word "STRAIT..." There's a reason Jesus said "Strait is The Gate..." If you look at a map, and look FOR a strait, which is a NARROW channel joining two larger bodies of water together.

In this type of body of water, it FLOWS ONE WAY, in either direction...NOT smashes about wildly, or DIFFICULTLY, but FLOWS....

....Jesus BLED not only BLOOD, but WATER....OHHH I LOVE

BONUS: That FEW that finds it, is actually A GREAT MULTITUDE!!!

Now once upon a time, I used to study from the NKJV because "easier to understand" (but not really)
I used to think KJV only was silly, but goodness! These newer versions all lean toward lordship salvation.
