Are the white envelopes the same thickness and stiffness as the clear ones? They seem to me that they are different....I am hoping to get a whole system soon and am on the fence about all the choices now. Also how do the customized categories work exactly? Do we order it and it comes mailed to customer or is it something that has to be done at home because I have zero tech skills....
