The DeVol Lowering Link and Transformer Pull Rod are constructed from strong aluminum alloy to be stronger than the stock link, while improving the traction and handling of your bike. The Lowering Link lowers the bikes rear end, while softening the suspension slightly to help your motorcycle's rear end track straighter. The DeVol Lowering Link is not recommended for aggressive riders or jumping. If you need a linkage to enhance the performance of your bike's suspension, the DeVol Transformer Pull-Rod is exactly what you are looking for. The DeVol Transformer Pull Rod eliminates rear-end wallow and enhances the performance of your motorcycle’s suspension. By replacing the stock shock linkage with the one-cam adjustable linkage, you have the option of adjusting settings to give you the freedom to attain the feel you want.

Hey chase, on the devol transformer pull rod, does it lower the bike also, or only change ride characteristics ? My son is just switching to a kx250f and is still a couple inches short of both feet tip toes, so not real aggressive rider at this point also. Few people have mentioned using kouba links insted why ?
