Property Description:
‘’Unsurpassed perfection in the city of Beverly Hills. Nestled behind a grove of 30-year-old trees and down a 130-foot-long bluestone driveway, this newly finished estate is a masterpiece of architectural design. Impeccably styled, the home spans approximately 17,000sf on one of the largest flat lots north of Sunset. It boasts features such as Riviera Bronze doors/windows, decadent imported stones and woods, and meticulously hand-plastered walls and ceilings. Automated walls of steel and glass seamlessly blend the interiors with a sprawling backyard that’s nothing short of breathtaking. Upon entering through a sleek piano-black lacquered door, we are greeted by a 33-foot high foyer, crowned by an art deco bronze skylight. The main level offers a mocha ash stained library, cinema-grade theater, massive living room showcasing one of the most stunning marble bars you will ever see in a private residence, lavish dining room, five powder rooms, a dream kitchen combined with a breakfast area and family room, dedicated catering kitchen, wine room, a lower-level bedroom suite and an office for security personnel and property management. The upper level indulges with a sprawling 2,000sf primary suite, featuring a separate living room and bedroom, twin spa-inspired bathrooms clad in oversized marble slabs, vast closets, and a 900sf private balcony overlooking the sprawling and extremely private grounds. Also upstairs are four generously sized bedroom suites all with walk-in closets, a family room adorned with bespoke stained cabinetry, and an athlete’s dream gym complete with spa bath and massage room. The park-like outdoor space rivals the finest resorts with its vast lawns, cabana offering outdoor living and dining, a full-service outdoor kitchen, two powder rooms, an outdoor shower, a zero-edge French blue plastered pool and spa, meandering bluestone pathways, and a fully lighted championship size tennis court. Additional amenities include a Crestron smart home system, a six-car garage, an elevator, a marble-clad dog station, an advanced security system, and six fireplaces. All just steps away from the Beverly Hills Hotel.’’

Was I too excited for the backyard or is it as good as I made it out to be? :)

Love your podcast and Cody does great, but....I miss Mikey! I've watched you for probably 3 years and I loved your and Mikey's collaboration. What's he doing now?

1. Because it is a long house, the scale does not show. It looks crammed but both the additional parking and 6-park garage are great
2. The twin powder restrooms at the front are a cool touch with the AV room.
3. Location, location, location. For a city person like me, what a great location. Also, the elevator is a must, so I am glad you showed it.
4. The movie theater for me is a soccer game room, and I really like that is right next to the bar. The bar is the actual living room and I cannot complain. I always say that when you get to a house, it is always good to drink something. The TV at the bar is lit. All in all I like the transition from the soccer room to the living room, lol.
5. As grand as the dining room is, it just look crammed. Awful selection of having outdoor furniture right next to the dining room. Also, the table in the living room is completely out of place. I am glad the furniture does not come with the property.
6. The tv in the family room works! simply works! 2 out 2 tvs doing great. But o come on, who came up with the outdoor furniture. 2 missess.
7. First awful mistake of the staging, the kitchen breakfast table needs to go. It blocks the space, it reduces the kitchen, it even messes up with the flow of Qi in the house, lol. Who thought putting that table there was a good idea. The kitchen rocks and the pet feeder with pot filler are out of this world. The kitchen really works but that breakfast table needs to go! OMG, the chef kitchen, I am sold! The double kitchen combination is a great selling point for this house.
8. Wine cellar is OK, but good to have another powder restroom. Laundry room needs improvement but 2 and 2 is the minimum. I am glad you showed the security room, because it is a must on that location.
9. The independent room needs some work but it works as late party room with some privacy in order not to go through the house. Garage rocks!
10. OMG the office actually works. I dont like the interior design, but the space can def be used.
11. Well, that backyard is just amazing. However, whoever selected the outdoor furniture and where to put it, needs to give the money back. What an awful job. It does not do justice to that house or backyard, which is a dream come true!
12. Sorry but the pool is underwhelming. It needs to be a lot bigger and the staging is dull. Someone got the dimensions wrong on the pool Cavanna. It looks cheap, small and btw, rustic table are not cool. Awful job by the renovation team, simply awful. Whoever buys this property needs to get rid of the whole pool area.
13. The tennis court is the second best thing in the house after the backyard. The double kitchen is #3. WTF Enez, tennis makes the mansion, how can you compare it to basketball or a pickeball court? What is wrong? Lol. BTW, the tennis court needs a tennis wall. Great catering access or late night drunk access.
14. Whoever taught a Beverly Hills mansion looks good with rustic furniture, really needs to go back to school. Details like that really cheapen out the place. Bar area? No. Kitchenet for late night snacks, yes! I dont know if I like the layout, but it works with older couples. Steam outlets and rainhead make the bathroom! Awful art pieces, wow, whoever did the interior design completely destroyed the experience, never hire them again!
15. Art gallery! great comment Cody! Absolutely! 4 rooms right next to each other, not bad... but... wtf a candy room? It needs to be a kitchenette so you dont have to go downstairs for food or drinks. The second floor family room is a must, so bad idea Enes about not having a social room on the second floor.
16. Nice privacy room at the end. A party animal should stay there. Is that a spa? haahahahaha suspend my disbelief. What a small and completely useless space. It actually looks like the gym bathroom, so please never call it a Spa again. The gym is not bad at all.
My overall thoughts, great property and location, but badly staged and organized. I would not hire this developer, because they really were not up to par with the property. A lot of work needs to be done to correct the mistakes the developer made. That pool is just an eyesore. Therefore, 64 seems too high for such a bad job. Great property though!

That backyard is so cheerful and the house has one the most family friendly vibes I had ever seen in a 50+ house.

Another elegant mansion, bright and spacious!
The movie theater couches look so comfortable, I could stay there all day!
The kitchen table is probably the largest oval table ever seen!
It’s cool that the TV can be lower, and there’s a dining area for pets, what a nice detail!
This is the first time I saw the control room/security room. The owner really pays attention to details!
The huge backyard is full of greenery. From the outside, it no longer looks like a house, but a hotel or resort!
The tennis court can actually be turned into a volleyball court or badminton court. Guests will definitely be happy staying there!
The balcony on the second floor is so big that I can also play badminton there, which gives me another venue to choose from!
The living room and bathroom in the Primary Bedroom Suite are so big and feel so luxurious!
It should be everyone’s dream to have a candy wall in the room, it’s incredible!
My final impression is that every space in this mansion is well designed and decorated appropriately!
Thanks to Fred Bernstein and Ethan Peskowitz for allowing Enes to enter the mansion to shoot!
I would like to thank Enes also for sharing such a great episode, super great job! 👍😍👏

At first I wasn't impressed with the design. But when the tour went on, the details, the thought put into the layout seriously impressed me. I do really love mansions and your tours but this is the first one that I really wanted to put an offer in. And Enes, as a fellow Turk, I know how hard it is to establish yourself in a new country. Kudos to you! What you built is nothing short of amazing. Hope to cross paths some day in LA.

What a beautiful, cozy home! The marble paired with the beautiful wood cabinetry and warm, homey colors make you forget how opulent this home really is. Whoever designed this was at the top of their game with this gorgeous house! And yes, you are so right about the back yard, Enes; it is perfection! ❤️ ♡

Best part of this property is the garden. So much green space. And potential to host events, parties, weddings, anything you can imagine. In middle of Beverley hills. Wow

I waited for the office as soon as u dropped the reel and yeah it was worth it and the office actually looks like the one Tommy Shelby has except that the main desk is not elevated and there are a bits of modern look to otherwise it is one of my favourites. Also the pet feeding area is what I would have in my future house ❤

Nice to hear the old music back. Such a throwback. Takes me back to the 1000 Laurel Way property. One of my favourites

Your videos captivate me every time, making you even more special to me. The homes you tour are truly stunning. I eagerly await your next video. Could you consider creating a video, short or long, delving into your personality, home, and family? As one of your biggest fans, I'd love to learn more about you.

It could be the house of The Great Gatsby, from Scott Fitzgerald! Huge house, yet warm and cosy; large spaces and small nooks, a layout well designed (but a living room where you are cramped): all that I love!

Cody ! Wow! What a breath of fresh air my man'
Mikey used to walk around and ask stupid questions like why does a 20, 000 sq foot house have two powder rooms and then would turn on the sink and mess it all up .
Thank goodness he hit the bricks !

I love how you present these homes. This is one of my favorite properties I have seen. Hopefully one day I will be able to afford something like this.
