Shoot for 2-3 days a week. Depending on how intense you are with the workout AND if you stick to a proper diet, you should start seeing small changes within 2-3 weeks :)

I've been doing your butt workout for almost 2 months now, but this is by far the most intense! I love them all and having different routines to choose from makes it easier to stick to daily workouts without it getting boring. Thank you so much! Have you tried placing a block or a pillow between your knees? This protects the lower back and helps make sure you are raising your legs at a consistent rate as each other. The best way to keep your knees safe is to build strength in the muscles surrounding them, including the quads and hamstring muscsles!
