Hi Nespresso, does the hot water come out of the same nozzle or are there 2 nozzles?

In which Country is this machine available? I can not find it in Germany

When I choose any larger cup size the machine always presses the same water quantity as the expresso through the capsule and then completes the cup with hot water using the rear nozzle. I've seen other machines pressing all the water always through the capsule, is my machine defective? Any explanation?

I have a question for the owners or for Nespresso! The metal finish of this model( Citiz Platinum Stainless Steel) is shinny one or is it more like a brushed stainless steel(matte stainless steel)? I am planning on buying this model and I really can’t tell from the pictures I’ve seen!
