When we talk about divisibility rules, we talk about if a number fits into another number without a remainder.
The divisibility rule for 10 is very simple.
Any number is divisible by 10 if and only if its last digit is 0.
80 is divisible by 10, because its last digit is 0.
210 is divisible by 10, because its last digit is 0.
456 is not divisible by 10, because its last digit is not 0.
