Wash it, wax it or spray it with SC1. The plastic may be thin, but it is strong, and far better quality than anything Polaris.

Lol! I just bought a 2020 Rancher just like yours, bone stock except for the winch. Needed that for the plow for our rough Canadian winters. Love the torque, the price and the size. If I get it stuck, I can lift it out. And you can't beat Honda reliability!

I have a 2017 Rancher DCT IRS with the power steering, the DCT has been great, I use manual when I’m in heavy mud or snow, but other than that I’m in Auto the majority of the time.
I’ve got 3500 km on mine and haven’t done anything except oil changes.

A heat gun or hold a hair dryer in one spot for a bit will get rid of the white faded spots

We Have a Friend here in Canada that has 66 000 KM on there 2019 420... LOL He only drives on Fireroads though.. Couple wheel bearings, Torn CV Boot.. but the thing is Lasting. LOL He doesn't go in Deep water either. So Honda is Reliable.

Great video I have the 2020 foot shift model and love it, wouldn't trade it for anything else. I have the upgraded foreman rims and tires also.

I had choice .same price.
That big clumsy polaris you mentioned or rancher.
As a biker I am used to controlling the whole bike. So after short test drive I went for honda. Not as pretty as polaris but I allready have a jeep. Lol.

I just bought a 2013 rancher. 777 miles. $3k.
No power steering. I plan ti add that & a winch & TXradio& front&rear box like yours. Led front& rear lights. Plan to make if I cant buy a complete roll cage
( not rops) front up over top and back down in rear.
Full and semi automatic trans is good except reverse is very unhandy.( too much safety gaurds to shift into reverse) this is my first time riding and not used to 40ac turning radius. ( I m a million mile goldwing guy @72.yr old.) Never dropped my goldwing&dont expect to drop this rancher either. LoL.

Had three Polaris’s if I get back into atving I will get one of these just for the fact of durability and ur completely right, I hate belt driven transmission. I put mud tires on my sportman 500 and it was a nightmare with belt slipping, and there’s nothing like being stranded for hours because you forgot to bring a extra belt.

I've got a '14 and its got the DCT. I am a long time rider who is used to clutches and gears and I originally did not want the DCT but I bought the bike with only 200 miles and I couldn't pass up the price. I actually love the DCT. When sport riding I just put it in manual mode but when we are easy trail riding its nice to kick back and let it shift for you. The power steering is nice and the fuel injection is amazing. Only two things I would change. The straight axle on mine kills your back on the whoops. You have to stand up. It gets crazy on some trails where my buddies bikes with IRS you can tell are much softer. The only other thing is no diff lock. Those are the only reasons I am looking at upgrading to a rubicon. I just don't want a cvt otherwise a kodiak / grizzly would be my 2nd choice. I just prefer being able to lug in a high gear and have it be quiet and not sucking extra fuel for no reason.

My buddy got the Rancher with the Camo paint job, he's got some branch scratches and scuffs, but you need to get really close to see them because of camo paint, great choice in paint jobs if thats a conncern.

After a bunch of research, I’m close to getting one. Thanks for the vid. Considering the 2wd... but may just go for the same spec you have. Mainly just to cruise around our farm or to do light work.
