DJI Mavic Mini FPV Mode Explained

In this video, we are taking a look at the FPV gimbal mode in the DJI Fly app and how it affects the video that you capture. The two gimbal modes in the DJI Fly App for the Mavic Mini is "Follow" and "FPV". Follow is the default gimbal mode and keeps all axis stable when if flight, while FPV locks the roll axis to give you a more immersive look and feel and is popular with those who fly with FPV goggles. In this video, there is some sample video footage filmed in both follow and FPV mode so you can see the difference.

Which goggles are you using? I’m wondering what I need to fly a Mini with FPV goggles. Which goggles work, do I need an antenna or to connect it to anything? I’m trying to read up on what people do to fly their Mini in FPV, so far I read it’s not compatible with VR headsets, so that rules out connecting a headset up to the controller. I read that connecting your phone to the controller with a usb cable and putting it into a single lens goggle. I’m confused and wondering why we can’t just put our phone into a headset and fly the Mini.

I just got my mavic mini and you definitely no your stuff and what all the settings is.. how do u get the drone in the mode where forward is forward and backwards is backwards when using joystick regardless to what way the drone is facing ?
