How to make COMFY Sublimated ankle socks - Streetwear vs Athletic

In this video Dannesh compares Silky Socks two styles of ankle socks that are engineered for dye sub printing! He covers the difference in material between the athletic (which has a cotton base) and streetwear (which is a 95% polyester throughout for a full sublimation) and demonstrates how to print on them! Then he ends it with trying them on!

How about when you stretch the sock ?!?…. Does it show more white of the sock???… cause when I do it I try putting the sock in a 5 inch jig but then the sock stays stretched…… if I do it with a 4 inch jig my sock looks good, but when I put it on the image LOOKS FADED u cannot see the image clearly n crispy

I have always gone to the site where I purchased product to find temp and times for sublimation. I didn't know it depended on ink. Most of the time it works out for me. I would say only 5% of the time it doesn't. I had told my husband I wanted to order some of your socks and well I should have stood over him when he placed the order. He went to amazon instead. Quality is ok not great. Looking at this as I get to learn and perfect on these before getting a better quality.
What are your inserts made of? The one that came with socks is metal. I can only sub one sock at a time until it cools down for me to handle. Because of this I am not doing full sub on entire socks. I tried that and even with gloves its to hot after a while and hard to adjust. Right now, I folded paper and taped design on front and back so when one side was done I just had to flip it over and do the other side. Now I am waiting for the insert to cool enough to handle so I can get the other sock on.
I see we can send you our designs and you print them out for us and but as another asked can we purchase any of the designs you make?

Hi, Have you ever experienced socks losing all his elasticity once sublimated? The socks are all streched out. They don't come back the size the were before sublimation. Also even if I do the roll out, I have a dark border on the edge of the socks. Thanks for your help!
