I just recently started snowboarding and the amount of respect I had for the guys like this has just absolutely sky rocketed. You have absolutely 0 context or ability to imagine how scary this would be until you've stood on a mountain and felt the height and incline of a slope like that... And I've never stood on top of something even close to this size. It makes stuff like this absolutely awe inspiring to me.

There’s probably like 100 people at the bottom of the basin. The audio is real, and they’re actually watching this from below. It’s just dubbed over the video, giving that “studio sound” or whatever. I’m not a A/V guy, but I follow the Freeride World Tour…the crowd is mostly other competitors, friends and family, a few dogs, safety peeeps…
