EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 THERMAL PAD REPLACEMENT

Changed the thermal pads on my EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3! We are now able to get the proper hashrate without the card overheating! We dropped 8 degrees on the memory and about 14 degrees on the core temp!

Results:
Before: Core 59c
Before: Memory 98c

After: Core 45c
After: Memory 90c

My EVGA 3090 FTW3 is doing 124.2MH, with stock thermal pads at 96-98c. If you changed the thermal pads and temps just go down to 90c, I won't change mine for now. Thanks for the video. My OC, 1200 absolute core clock, 2600 Mem, 85% Fan on HiveOS.
